How to work?
Electric fuel pump structure and working principle
The structure of electric fuel pump by the pump body, permanent magnet motor and the shell is made up by three parts. Permanent magnet electric motor which drives the pump body rotation, from the fuel oil inlet suction, flows through the electric fuel pump inside, again from the oil outlet pressure, supply of fuel oil supply. Fuel flows through the electric fuel pump inside, the permanent magnet motor armature cooling effect, also known as wet fuel pump. Electric fuel pump motor parts including fixed on the shell of a permanent magnet and electromagnetic torque of the armature and the brush device installed on the shell. Brush contact and armature commutator, its lead received by post from the shell, to control the voltage of the electric fuel pump lead to the armature winding. Edge rivet on both ends of the electric fuel pump casing, make the parts assembled into a sealed assembly.
Different types of electric petrol pumps
(1) the roller type electric petrol pump is composed of shell, cylindrical roller and rotor, etc. Five roller can radial sliding groove of the rotor, there exist certain eccentric rotor and shell. Under the drive of dc motor rotor spinning, in under the action of centrifugal force, roller press in the pump body inner circle on the surface, forming five relatively independent seal chamber. In the oil outlet, smaller volume, pressure, gas pushed through the dc motor output one-way valve.
(2) the gasoline pump vane vane pump is a blade rotor slot into contact with the pump shell (stator loop) the suction liquid from the suction side pressure to the side of the discharge of oil pump.
(3) the gear oil pump, gear pump is a kind of positive displacement pump, made up of two gear, pump body and cover of two closed space, when gears, gear side space volume from small greaten, forming a vacuum, the liquid suction, the side of the gear mesh from large to small volume of the space, and the liquid into line. Suction chamber and discharge chamber are separated by two gears meshing line
